Rhona Mitra
Mitra was the live-action model of Lara Croft in Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider videogame series. Angelina Jolie assumed the role in the Tomb Raider films (2001 to 2003). Mitra was the No. 46 in Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2001. She was Christopher Lambert's romantic love interest in Beowulf. She played Scott Wolf's illicit love interest in Party of Five, her first big role. Mitra was a minor character in Hollow Man, a film about a neighbor who gets killed and raped by Kevin Bacon. Mitra played a major role in the medical drama Gideon's Crossing, as Alejandra "Ollie" Klein. Mitra was later seen in Ali G Indahouse, Sweet Home Alabama, Stuck on You, and leading roles in Highwaymen and Spartacus. Mitra was Tara Wilson's final appearance on The Practice. She continued the role on Boston Legal, but she quit before the end of season two. In 2005, Mitra played the role of Kit McGraw during season 3 of Nip/Tuck. Mitra was later to appear in Skinwalkers, The Number 23 and Shooter.In 2008, Mitra starred in the leading role in the action/science fiction film Doomsday as Major Eden Sinclair (sometimes mistakenly named in some databases as Caryn Peterson) In 2009, Mitra went on to star in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans as Sonja who is the daughter of the strong vampire older Viktor (played by Bill Nighy). As she was filming, she became attracted to her vampire fangs and even refused to take them off them when they couldn't be visible. "I placed the fangs the first day and felt that they should have always been there. It's a bit odd. I kept them in throughout the entire filming process as well as all of my dialogue. Stargate Universe was a series that had three episodes featuring her.
